Replace Salt With Spices
Of course, we all know that salt is not very good for us. Yet we use a lot of salt every day because we all like it in the food we eat. But while eating salt can make food taste better, it can also upset the balance in your blood, forcing your kidneys to work much harder to remove water from your body. A 2018 study has shown that eating too much salt can directly lead to kidney disease. It is recommended that you limit your salt intake to one teaspoon per day, which is about a third less than the average person consumes.
