Besides the colour, there are little differences in taste and nutritional values. Unfortunately, the cabbages do lose some of their colour by cooking them.

Secret 4: You Can Keep Cauliflower for a Long Time

Cauliflower is almost the only vegetable that can be kept for a long time. You can even eat one cauliflower several times. If you store cauliflower in the vegetable compartment of your fridge, you can keep it for up to 10 days.
