Keep Belt Buckled in Hot Weather
We all know that with high temperatures outside, sitting in the car is even worse. In a short period of time, the glass windows in your vehicle act as an insulator and contribute to the interior reaching very high temperatures. The last thing you want is to burn your hands on the metal seat belt buckles. Make sure you use caution when you buckle your seatbelt. To avoid this problem make sure you buckle your seatbelt in after you get out of your car – and leave it in until you get in. The sun has no chance now to heat the metal belt.
